I reserve the right to refuse any commission I don’t feel comfortable working on.

██▓▒­░ Payment Policy
— All payments should be in USD or EUR, via PayPal or Ko-Fi.
— Payment is due in full upfront, unless specified beforehand.
— Payment plans can be discussed for orders above 150USD.DO NOT ADD A SHIPPING ADDRESS TO THE TRANSACTION.
The commission is not deliverable and can also result in my PayPal being LOCKED. On PayPal.me, under the “shipping address” drop down box, select “NO SHIPPING ADDRESS” and you’re good to go! If you are unsure, feel free to ask me and I’ll help!
Refunds cannot be given after I have started your commission!!██▓▒­░ Designs
When buying an adopt from me, you must keep in mind:— Price inflation is a blacklistable offense. Please do not upscale/upsell my designs. Sell them for what you bought them for + any extra art that may have been acquired.
— When a design is traded, their worth is set back to 0. This is just so someone who got them for 0, can not sell them for any amount of money (unless extra art is acquired). Of course, you can still have their worth before the trade visible, but you are not allowed to sell them for that price.
— Traded designs, in which the only extra artwork added was made by you, can only be sold if it is a significant amount of art or a big piece, to prevent upsellings. Ie; (draws an uncolored sketch just to be able to sell the character for $200)
If you have any doubts please do not hesitate in contacting me to make sure you're good! I'll most likely open exceptions in cases of emergency.
— When transferring a character to someone else on toyhouse, please always state why. Ie; “$50”, “traded”, “$100 + $30 worth of art”. This helps me and everyone know their worth history.
— Do not delete a design's profile. If you really want to get rid of it, you can always gift them, giveaway them, or even transfer them back to me.
— Commercial use can be discussed for each design, just tell me what you want to do, and we can work something out (regarding stuff like, big quantities of merch, games, books, vtubing, etc).
— Comics, animations and personal items/3d models are always allowed, but please credit me for the design.
— I will never revoke a design, even If you’re blacklisted, but you won’t be able to buy more from me again.██▓▒­░ Commission info
When ordering, you must keep in mind:— I will not work with character descriptions [unless a custom character is being ordered], by commissioning me, you need to provide me with a clear reference image of the character you want to be used.
For instance, I will not work on a fullbody commission if you only have a headshot of the character.
— The payment is for a digital artwork that is custom-made according to the customer’s order, and no physical item will be shipped to the client.
— My art is always changing and evolving, some finished pieces may not always look like the examples provided here.
— If you think that a specific commission cannot be done with my art style, then you may want to reconsider commissioning me.
— Please describe as many details as needed when ordering, and be clear with what you want.
— Prices are liable to change and are not always final.
— Additional fees CAN apply depending on the complexity of the commission.
— I do not accept rushed deadlines. Do not pester or rush me in general, I work at my own pace to ensure the quality of your commission.
— Commission turnaround is typically 1 week to 2 months, depending on my work load. (this can become longer in the event something happens! If so, I will make an announcement regarding if a delay has happened!)
— Minor changes can be made during sketch and lineart phase, however NO changes can be made during coloring/shading/or finishing touch stages! (If you really want something changed after those stages, you will have to pay extra)
— Every commission includes WIP screenshots. I will not continue the commission until you have approved the sketch and lineart WIP.██▓▒­░ Usage of Commission— The commissioner, and only the commissioner, may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to any of my galleries.
— Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to, icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, personal site display and personal items.
— You may not claim my work to be your own, edit without my consent, or set it up for redistribution.
— When your commission is completed, (unless stated otherwise) you will receive a full resolution, non-transparent image of your piece (if applicable), as well as a transparent version.
— You MAY NOT use the commission you purchased from me commercially. You cannot sell the image or use the image in ANY way for profit.
— You have complete permission to upload any artwork I have created for you, to any social media gallery with given credit.
YOU ABSOLUTELY MAY NOT CREATE NFT/AI ART OF ANY AND ALL OF MY CONTENT.██▓▒­░ Private commissions— Commissions that are requested to be omitted from social media will require additional payment in compensation for the loss of exposure to potential clients.
— Price will be 50% of the commission base price.
